Due to a Course that I had signed up for late in January. Most of the plans for February got stalled, and any plans now are going to be done in March.
Mike’s Holodeck YouTube Channel news: Mass Effect 2 Episode 8 was in January as part of a buffer, but just went live on YouTube (and Public elsewhere) in February. The Star Trek Online’s update also hit in February, which is pretty much rush Job that took the nights between the launch on the 17th and the video going live on 19th. I’d more or less stalled in making a new ship build Video, it was more down to the actual ship build than the actual. I did however transition the formatting of the Powerpoint Slides over to the Holodeck theming. (The last ship build video I used the old Mike Sharpe Writer Slides, as I was starting to transition over to Mike’s Holodeck.)
The New Mike Sharpe Writer YouTube channel is not “live” yet. Several things around the backend of this channel area ready, but I’ve got two videos with pre-production complete, which means I’ve got at least a few days before these two are ready. I’ve got a few plans here an there.. but I’d need to get their scripts or notes done before I’d go live. (I’m planning for 5 Video ready before I go live. And I hope to get some Short form content idea during this.)
To spread my content out more, I’ve chosen to make a Peertube channel at Spectra Video. Peartube is alternative Video sharing platform, based on some the same ActivityPub system that Mastodon and this blog uses. Yes, you can follow this blog via Mastodon!
Anyway, I’ve started by uploading my yearly videos that effectively died on Mike’s Holodeck channel. For a while, I’ll be uploading other certain parts when I can find the video files. As part of an experiment, the Peertube version of the video my go live a few days before the Youtube version.
Moving on to the books: Solen Masters Book 1: Acacia’s Silence had longer delay: Chapter 19 is where Acacia and Niu first meet, and it got posted to Public on the 9th Febuary. Sadly, No news on when Chapter 20 is coming.
1st to 7th March was Smashwords eBook week with 2001: A Big Nutter Oddity being on sale. Yeah, the sale nearly done with this Blog Post goes live.. Sorry, if you missed it! I did actually mention it in a dedicated Blog post in February!
